Overview

This program has been created by combining decades of experience with theories and applications of emotional intelligence skills, and advanced cognitive therapy techniques used in dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). The result is a one-day interactive program designed to challenge trainers’ beliefs and improve their ability to deal with all types of trainer-based human interactions; from anxiety and stress, through to behaviour management and more.

Inclusions

It includes an in-class workbook and diary-tracking sheet for monitoring and reflecting on emotional responses to situations after the workshop to ensure transfer of skills back into the real world. It also results in a professional development certificate issued at the end of the training.

Commitment

We’ve maintained the low price since inception – but update the content to reflect many modern emotional-based considerations that affect trainers in 2025 and beyond. We can run this in-house for classes of 8 or more – or virtually via Zoom/Teams for groups of 6 or more.
