TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is the nationally recognised entry qualification for people who want to deliver vocational training and assessment in registered training organisations, workplaces, community organisations, schools and other VET settings. The program develops practical skills in designing learning, facilitating training, assessing competence and participating in assessment validation.

The Australian Government’s 2025 Credential Policy sets out the credentials required for people who deliver training and assessment within the VET system.
