About Course

This unit focuses on supporting and facilitating the implementation of a Workplace Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS). It involves determining the appropriate form, content, purposes, and functions of a WHSMS based on the organization’s WHS risks and effectively consulting with stakeholders for agreement. Additionally, it covers the development of WHS policy and commitment, including communication, WHS plan development, implementation, measurement, and evaluation of WHS performance, as well as reviewing and improving the WHSMS with input from individuals and parties, followed by documenting and submitting outcomes for management consideration.
