Writing courseware can be daunting. By ensuring you have all the necessary tools at your fingertips prior to starting, your focus can be aimed at what is important – the learning experience you would like to create for your readers. 

To start. Let’s look at your set up. You’ll need a workstation with a computer, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint installed, and, for the advanced section, a camera and microphone (this is optional and will be explained later in the course).
