Secondly, we’ll be looking at common biases that you, as a qualified assessor, will need to be aware of in order to reduce their impact on your decision making. And lastly, we discuss the legal and regulatory frameworks that apply to assessment. From the RTO standards, to ethics, codes of conduct and privacy.
