You’re almost ready to deliver you first training sessions. If you’re delivering any sessions online (we call this virtual training), then go through this video carefully to get some great tips.

Setting up your video and audio, and being prepared with your presentation and other resources, will help tremendously when presenting virtually.

One little additional tip to clarify from this video: when using the ‘tab’ function to cycle through your open applications, when using a Mac, you use: ⌘ + tab. Holding the ⌘ button down, while tapping the ‘tab’ key until the appropriate application is highlighted. On the Windows PC, use Alt+Tab to achieve the same result. In the video, we refer to Ctrl+tab – this is no longer correct.
