About Course
Becoming a training facilitator and assessor can be one of the most rewarding careers. It allows you to share with others the knowledge and experience you have gained throughout your life, helping them to reach their own potential and to make a better life for themselves. There is nothing quite like the feeling of watching training participants come to a realisation or connect with an idea you have been putting forward: they “get it”! They have taken a step closer towards achieving their ultimate goals—and you have helped them to do it.
Throughout your career, you will work with a diverse range of people, all with needs and expectations. They will be participating in training for a variety of different reasons; for example, they might be undertaking a traineeship or apprenticeship to learn a trade; they might be looking at furthering their skills in order to be promoted in their work; or they could have been away from the workforce for many years away and wish to update and/or learn new skills.
