About Lesson

A policy document is one of many that an organisation will develop and use on a day to day basis. They sit alongside existing policies, procedures, manuals and processes. Therefore, most organisations have strict frameworks within which policies may be drafted, written, reviewed, and amended. In addition to those discussed in this video, some further examples of these are provided in your learner guide.
