Reviewing your session for the purpose of continually improving
There are a number of people you can talk to and things you can do to review your training. They include:
- Having another facilitator observer part or all of your session
- Conducting interviews with participants
- Performance appraisals from manager(s)
- Self-reflection and critical evaluation
- Post-session (feedback) questionnaire
- Answers may include any three of the following:
- Meeting/Group questioning
- Written questionnaire
- Focus group – a select group of individuals familiar with your training performance
- Surveys – usually conducted a few days or weeks after your session to determine the level of retention of your learners.
