Overview

This skill set has been designed to provide the skills and knowledge for supervisors and managers involved in developing the skills of their team. In particular these competencies are identified as essential skills for those engaged in supervising apprentices and trainees.

The customised program has been designed for accelerated training and assessment to suit those who have been working in a supervisory role.

This qualification is suitable for individuals who are involved in developing the skills of their team. In particular these competencies are identified as essential skills for those engaged in supervising apprentices and trainees.

TAEDEL404 Mentor in the workplace

 The course provides opportunities to practice and develop training and assessing skills during the workshop. Mentoring skills are developed on day two and will be applied in a workplace after the workshop.

Additional training and assessment evidence will also be collected from the workplace.

Post Course Assessment Support

Assessment support direct to the assessor via telephone and email.
