Listen to this podcast and watch the video to learn about creating and providing the evidence for your group training sessions.
What are ‘consecutive group sessions’?
As part of the group training deliveries, you are required to run two consecutive sessions. The training topic runs (or extends) over two sessions of 40+ minutes. What many people do is plan an 80 minute long training topic and split it into two equal parts. As long as you have two separate session plans and separate training aids (eg: copies of a PowerPoint presentation for each participant) – then the majority of the evidence can be gathered.
You can either have your session viewed by a qualified trainer, with some photographs taken for additional evidence; OR you can record the sessions on video.
Remember: a group should be no fewer than eight (8) people.
