What’s the difference between an analogy and an example?
Examples take real-life or fictional situations to help highlight a key point within your training. In contrast, an analogy uses input from a training participant that can potentially put them ‘in’ the situation that you’re highlighting.
This is a more inclusive option – but should always be used in conjunction with other engagement methods so as to not become predictable and mundane.
